Our Story
Mom Wilson’s Country Sausage began in 1959 as a small family operation on Horace and Fern “Mom” Wilson’s back porch. Through tornadoes, rebuilding, and three generations of hard work, the business has grown while staying true to its original recipes, values, and family traditions.
